Dreamlight High School believes that the curriculum represents the courses offered for any educational program. The curriculum’s design is based on what past/current educators believe is important for students to know. Importance may be based on the content that is covered in the course, which is competitive with other institutions. The goal is that the courses will be usable for future career options or what the school/faculty feels is an interesting topic to cover. Dreamlight High School uses the Abeka curriculum because it is a “comprehensive, biblical-based curriculum, textbooks, teaching aids and more preschool-Grade 12, with a proven spiral learning approach.”
